Mr. Mouhammed welcomed us with a great smile and outstanding service, always going the extra mile to make sure every guest had a memorable experience. The hotel’s location is another highlight—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible. I loved the location of the hotel. It is located at the end of the Marina and by the beach and also just by the connecting bridge to the other side of the Marina towards the metro. It’s a convenient walk to the Ferris Wheel, metro and Dubai Mall. The supermarkets and restaurants are easily within reach. The service of the staff were exemplary, especially the Indian senior gentleman (im so sorry i didnt catch your name) at the concierge who remembered all the minute details in our conversations and took care of our luggages overnight. The gentlemen at the front desks were equally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the balcony had a good view of the beach. The hot water works well and fast and water pressure was good. The gym was spacious and had extensive equipment as well. I would highly recommend this stay.

One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional valet service, particularly provided by Alamin. His attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced my experience, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free. The location of the hotel is perfect. My room offered amazing views, adding an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by numerous food places, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Overall, the combination of great service, friendly and accommodating staff, and the ideal location made my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Our stay at Amwaj Rotana was wonderful. The hotel and facilities were exceptional! Our room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was superb. The lights from the wheel were fabulous every evening. The staff were all so courteous and helpful. This was our first stay in Dubai, and we will definitely come again.

All Staff are amazing, Hassan at Reception was amazing. Amazing location at JBR directly with amazing view. Best breakfast ever. The best hotel for families and couples. Many thanks, dears.

The food options are great. Seems to be a little less generous than last year. I mean, there were for example less meat options in the all inclusive package. BTW, the IPA should be part of the package. 😂 The crew is very kids friendly.
